The Strains New York Dispensaries Can't Keep in Stock

Every New York dispensary has that one strain that's been flying off the shelf. We called around and asked the buyers at four of the busiest shops which cultivars they've been restocking most often this month. Five names kept coming up.

1. Blue Dream

The classic sativa-dominant hybrid still holds the top slot at nearly every shop. Berry notes, a balanced cerebral effect, and a price point friendly enough to keep buying. If you haven't had it in a year, try a fresh indoor-grown jar — the current batch from local farms is noticeably better than last year's.

2. GMO Cookies

An indica-leaning OG Kush × Chemdawg cross with a pungent garlic-and-coffee profile. The effects are a deep body relaxation that comes on slow, perfect for evenings.

3. Gelato #33

Sweet, creamy, and heavy on the terps. The phenohunt for #33 is what everyone's chasing — if you find a jar labeled specifically "#33" (not just "Gelato"), grab it.

4. Runtz

A candy-sweet hybrid that's become the benchmark for "designer" flower. Expect tropical fruit and a balanced but heavy-hitting high.

5. Lemon Cherry Gelato

A sleeper pick this month. Citrusy, slightly gassy, and absurdly good for mid-afternoon focus.
