4/20 Washington Square Park Meetup

NYC's most visible unsanctioned 4/20 gathering — thousands of locals, students, and visitors converge at Washington Square Park for a de facto smoke-in. Not a licensed event; public consumption is technically subject to fines, though enforcement on 4/20 is historically minimal.
