Before 10am in Manhattan: Where to go for chilaquiles or shakshuka?

<!-- SC_OFF --><div class="md"><p>Here's the puzzle to solve, friends, for chilaquiles or for shakshuka:</p> <p>In looking at many past posts for chilaquiles, people tend to suggest:</p> <ul> <li>Lots of favorites in Brooklyn or the Bronx</li> <li>Or lament places in Manhattan now closed</li> <li>But due to time and distance constraints, I'll need it to be Manhattan.</li> </ul> <p>The harder nut to crack: I need a place that's open before 10am, any day of the week, earlier would be even better:</p> <ul> <li>But most suggestions are understandably for places serving these traditional dishes at lunch/brunch at 11:30am on weekends</li> <li>Or at places that only serve them at dinner</li> <li>The one I've found that comes closest for shakshuka is Shuka, which opens at 10:30am on weekends, Noon on weekdays.</li> <li>Haven't yet found an earlier in day chilaquiles option, but maybe you can save the day!</li> </ul> <p>Your suggestion can be super low-key casual even hole in wall or some fancy joint, just looking for some place you know is open before 10am at least on certain days and serving up great flavor.
