Best local/divey gay bars for a 28yo? (Trying to avoid Hell's Kitchen scams & cover charges)

Also, if there's a spot that heavily plays 90s/00s pop and vocal powerhouses, that would be a massive bonus.</p> <p>Totally open to Brooklyn, Downtown Manhattan, or wherever the good, affordable vibes are at.
