City Job -sexual harassment?

Its been a few months and the probationary period is a yr, they highly discourage any call outs and lateness during thins period. I signed on for one particular shift time, but my whole time so far has not been that shift time. The supervisor has been highly unprofessional and frankly unhelpful (yelling, ignoring, lack of supervision/support) since day one. The environment is pretty toxic and every one agrees the supervisor is a problem, but just wants me steer clear, rather than doing anything about it. The staff/doctors feel free and entitled to talk about/insult patients out in the open and a coworker felt entitled to scream at me, in front of patients about something that was unclear due the policies/rules changing depending on who you ask and what day of the week it is. </p> <p>I keep my head down and do my work to the best of my ability. Stay out the office gossip, am usually quiet, and dont share my personal life because I am at work to work, not play around or make friends </p> <p>The other day, a coworker felt comfortable enough to first ask if i “feel mature enough” for something they didnt specify. Not thinking it was anything explicit or inappropriate, obviously i know im a mature individual and carry myself well. </p> <p>This person then shows me multiple explicit things, more specifically porn, on their cellphone. I gasp and make a face as i couldn’t contain the shock, unease, and indescribable feelings i had in that moment. </p> <p>There was one coworker witness that was no help, there are cameras. But i dont have access to cameras so i wouldn’t have evidence that this happened. </p> <p>I have worked in other toxic work environments before, been bullied for my hairstyles and simple food choices that are normal portioned. I’ve reported incidents but have gotten no justice in those instances.</p> <p>This leaves me feeling guilty, ashamed, embarrassed,
