Do you use your balcony?

<!-- SC_OFF --><div class="md"><p>My fiance and I are in a heated debate about whether or not those that have balconies, use said balconies.</p> <p>We do not have a balcony and I would love to have one for:</p> <ol> <li>Having coffee on</li> <li>Having literally any other beverage on</li> <li>Reading a book</li> <li>Scrolling Reddit</li> <li>Literally anything else because the idea of having outside space that I didn’t have to share is the dream?</li> </ol> <p>My fiance is under the impression that most people who have a balcony in New York come in thinking they will be out there all the time and then…aren’t. I can’t fathom this, I work in a data driven role professionally, and thus I need data.</p> <p>If you have a balcony and you use it, how? If you have a balcony and don’t, why? If you don’t have a balcony what is your degree of confidence you would use it and what for?</p> <p>TL;DR need balcony data for frivolous, wine driven debate with the love of my life.
