Fort Washington Park/Little Red Lighthouse

<!-- SC_OFF --><div class="md"><p>Is Fort Washington Park a place that’s open to public at all times? (assuming obviously not after dark). And if you go there, can you see the lighthouse or is it kind of blocked off?
