Need enrichment in Midtown East

But in the meantime, I’ve noticed a big part of what’s so depressing here is the soullessness of midtown. In my big time slots of fucking off in the middle of the day I’m planning, I’d love to hear people’s favorite little landmarks, outdoor areas, cultural enrichment stops (other than obvious big museums), unique shops, or anywhere else fun to go around midtown east.
