Neighbor has been dumping pool debris into my yard for years

For years, my next door neighbor has been dumping her pool debris into my yard. She uses a pool skimmer to collect pool gunk, hair, leaves and other stuff and chucks it over the fence to my yard. I've asked her to stop 5 years ago, but it turned into a pretty heated argument. Since then, I haven't brought it up again but she keeps on throwing her pool debris into my yard. Me and my family actually use our backyard a lot, especially for tanning and relaxing so this really frustrating.
