What to expect
The world's longest-running cannabis legalization event, founded in 1973 by the Yippies. Organizational disputes between NYCCPR Inc. (legacy board), Cannabis NYC (NYC Small Business Services office), and former director Dana Beal's 'Re-Claim the Pot Parade' have clouded the 2025–2026 editions. The rule, plainly
Adults 21 and over may possess up to three ounces of flower and 24 grams of concentrate, bought from a licensed shop.
