What to expect

The January-into-February edition of NYC Restaurant Week, run by NYC Tourism, with prix-fixe lunch and dinner across several hundred kitchens. The winter round is the better one: fewer visitors competing for the same tables and more of the harder rooms participating. Exact 2027 dates post in December.
