Recommendations for surgeons who do second breast reductions

<!-- SC_OFF --><div class="md"><p>I'm looking for a skilled surgeon who performs second breast reductions. I'd prefer a woman (but open to a man) and someone who works with insurance. This is medical care, not a cosmetic procedure. </p> <p>Please don't be a creep. </p> <p>I had my first many years ago (not in NYC) but it wasn't small enough. I have lots of pain, went through PT, and received insurance pre-auth, so I expect to be approved again. </p> <p>I found a surgeon in Manhattan willing to work with me, had multiple conversations, and had surgery planned for next month. Yesterday at my pre-op they told me they couldn't take me to the size I need for pain relief.
