What to expect
The Public's Mobile Unit tours Shakespeare's As You Like It to neighborhood parks and community spaces across all five boroughs, directed by Emma Rosa Went. Programming reaches audiences typically outside Manhattan's theater corridor — a major opportunity to see free professional Shakespeare in your own neighborhood. (2026 date not yet published; pattern: May 2026 – summer; touring schedule varies by venue — verify with the source before planning.)
