The Financial District is not the ghost town after 6 p.m. it was a decade ago. Office-to-residential conversions have filled the area with a new resident class, and the Seaport has rebuilt its restaurant row. Licensed dispensaries are still comparatively sparse below Canal, but growing, and delivery fills the gap.
