The parade steps off at 7:00 PM on Halloween night and runs north up Sixth Avenue from Canal Street to 15th Street. Watching from the sidewalk is free; anyone in costume can march, no registration, by lining up on Canal between 6:30 and 8:30 PM. Halloween falls on a Saturday in 2026, which means the crowd will be the largest in years.
