Flatiron is the connective tissue between Midtown’s office density and the downtown neighborhoods, and the after-work cadence reflects that. Madison Square Park anchors the center; the retail and fitness corridor along 5th pulls daytime foot traffic. Licensed dispensary coverage draws from the Chelsea and NoMad clusters on either side; verify licensed status via the OCM QR code at cannabis.ny.gov. New York state law prohibits cannabis consumption on state-owned land and in public spaces. 21+ only.
