The West Village reads as Manhattan’s residential showpiece, townhouse blocks off Bleecker, winding streets below 14th, and some of the city’s most recognizable restaurants. The pace is slower than the East Village by design, and the cannabis pattern shifts with it: delivery to an apartment, a low-dose edible before dinner, a walk along Hudson River Park after. Licensed retail has been slower to land inside the neighborhood itself, but the Chelsea and SoHo dispensary corridors are a short walk in either direction. 21+ only.
