The Lower East Side runs late by default. The stretch between Houston and Delancey packs bars, music venues, and cheap-slice windows into a few walkable blocks, and the licensed dispensary footprint has grown dense here faster than in most of the city. An LES evening tends to bounce, a drink at one spot, a slice two blocks over, a dispensary stop on the way back, and the crowd skews young and local enough that tourist pacing stands out.
